Keeping your CPL low is important, but it is also important that the leads are high quality if you want them to turn into bookings. Here we are referring to those customers who make it through your core event – unless you rely solely on foot traffic (like many offline retailers), then you’ll use a ‘foot traffic count’ as an alternative measure, gleaned from email sign-ups and phone numbers. The better understanding you have about CPL (Cost Per Lead) will help ensure maximum return for each dollar spent in order to gain more attendees at your main occurrence.
